How to use

Before use

We recommend using Renovo Boat Vinyl Cleaner first. Ensure vinyl thoroughly dry, and you have sufficient product to complete a full coat.

How to use

  1. Remove loose dust and dirt with a dry brush.
  2. Shake bottle thoroughly and pour Vinyl Protector into a suitable container or bowl.
  3. Using a 2cm (2”) paint brush, apply to the centre of canvas and work towards the edges with a using even strokes.
  4. If preferred, can be rubbed in using a sponge.
  5. Wipe excess drips from paintwork, trims, and glass with a soft, damp cloth (do not allow to dry on glass and paintwork).
  6. Clean brush in warm, soapy water.

Drying time

Drying time will vary with ambient conditions, ranging from half an hour to a few hours. Do not take boat out until completely dry.

Maintenance

For optimal protection we recommend applying every six months.

Advice

Not for use on fabric – use Renovo Boat Fabric Ultra Proofer.

For best results ensure you follow product label instructions.

Do not apply in direct sunlight or on particularly hot days as this may cause product to dry too quickly resulting in uneven results.

Avoid prolonged contact with skin. We recommend use of protective gloves whilst applying.

Coverage varies subject to age and condition of substrate.

Do not dilute or mix with other products.

Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Do not store at a temperature below 0°C (32°F).
