Ultra Proofer
Renovo Ultra Proofer re-establishes the convertible tops original 'as new' waterproof weather barrier.
The recently improved formulation now has the added benefits of UV factor protection and a mould/mildew growth inhibitor to ensure soft tops look like new for longer.
Ultra Proofer will help to prevent the harmful penetration of everyday dirt into the fibres of new and old convertible top material and help to keep the re-colour provided by Soft Top Reviver fresher for even longer.

How to use
Cleaner
Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure your fabric roof is colourfast dyed. Never use a pressure washer to clean a fabric soft top.
- Remove residual dirt with a clean, dry brush.
- Dampen surface with sponge or spray mist.
- Shake bottle well and pour into suitable container.
- Apply with a clean 5cm (2”) paint brush using even strokes.
- Start at the centre and work out towards the edge.
- Leave for 10-20 minutes (up to an hour for heavily soiled surfaces)
- Scrub with warm water and sponge, cloth, or bristle brush until the cleaner begins to lather, and dirt is being removed easily.
- Rinse, and repeat if necessary.
Bird droppings and difficult stains
Dab or pour cleaner directly onto stain and work into the affected area. Leave for 30 mins and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
Colour protection
We recommend using Renovo Ultra Proofer to prolong the life of the new restored colour. Allow a good 24 hours to dry first.
Reviver
Before use
Before use we recommend using Renovo Fabric Soft Top Cleaner to thoroughly clean your soft top.
Ensure substrate is free of any previously applied water proofing agents.
How to use
- Shake bottle, pour into a suitable container, and stir well
- Using a 5cm (2”) paint brush, apply to the centre of your soft top. Ensure fabric is thoroughly wet and quickly progress towards the edges.
- Wipe excess drips from paintwork, trims, and glass with a damp cloth.
- When finished, clean brush in warm, soapy water.
Multiple coats
For sun-faded soft tops we recommend at least two coats for best results. Ensure Reviver is thoroughly dry before adding second coat. Ensure you have sufficient product for a complete coat before you start.
Drying time
Typically three hours, subject to ambient conditions. Do not take car out in wet weather until completely dry.
Colour protection
We recommend using Renovo Fabric Soft Top Protector to prolong the life of the newly restored colour.
Soft top interiors
This product can also be used to revive fabric soft top interiors.
For best results, use every 6 to 12 months.

We recommend using Renovo Fabric Soft Top Cleaner to thoroughly clean your soft top. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure your fabric roof is colourfast dyed.

- Remove loose dust and dirt from your soft top with a dry brush.
- Pour into a suitable container, and stir well (do not shake bottle first).
- Using a 5cm (2”) paint brush, apply to the centre of soft top and quickly move towards the edges, ensuring the fabric is thoroughly wet.
- Wipe excess drips from paintwork, trims, and glass with a damp cloth.
- Clean brush in warm, soapy water.
Multiple coats
Ensure soft top is thoroughly dry between coats. For best results, ensure you have sufficient product to complete a coat before you start.
Drying time
Typically three hours, subject to ambient conditions. Do not take car out in wet weather until completely dry.
Maintenance
For optimal protection we recommend applying every six months.

Advice
Not for use on vinyl roofs – use Renovo Vinyl Soft Top Cleaner and Vinyl Soft Top Ultra Proofer.
For best results ensure you follow product label instructions.
Do not apply in direct sunlight or on particularly hot days as this may cause product to dry too quickly resulting in uneven results.
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. We recommend use of protective gloves whilst applying.
Coverage varies subject to age and condition of substrate.
Do not dilute or mix with other products.
Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Do not store at a temperature below 0°C (32°F).
